DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EDGE-LIT AND DIRECT-LIT PANELS (both are offered on Amazon): edge-lit panels have a smooth lens uniformly lit all over the surface, direct-lit panels have a prismatic lens and rows of LEDs instead of bulbs, looks like a regular fluorescent troffer.
- EASY TO INSTALL: standard application is T-Grid, all accessories are included. The fixture can also be mounted into sheetrock (flush mount) with a sheetrock flush mount frame (should be bought separately).
